Equity Trust

Saint Francis House (SFH) is an intentional community in New London, CT with a social justice mission focused on southeastern Connecticut.  It was our original partner in the Francis Fund and has helped incubate numerous grassroots organizations including the Southeastern Connecticut CLT, our current partner in the renamed Southeastern Connecticut Fund for Land Equity.  This loan helps finance deferred maintenance and repairs of the two houses where the members live and work, and which we hope will eventually be added to the CLT.  SFH had previously received Equity Trust Fund loans in 1999 and 2002 to acquire those two houses.
