Equity Trust Fund
The Equity Trust Fund is a revolving loan fund capitalized through gifts and loans from socially motivated donors and lenders, primarily individuals and families, but also including religious orders, land trusts, nonprofits, and other organizations.
The Equity Trust Fund provides financing for projects that promote community control of economic resources like land and that provide affordable access to land or housing for people and communities who don’t already enjoy the advantages of access to land. We support small farmers, cooperatives, community land trusts, conservation land trusts, and other nonprofit organizations.
