Equity Trust Fund
The Equity Trust Fund is a revolving loan fund capitalized through gifts and loans from socially motivated donors and lenders, primarily individuals and families, but also including religious orders, land trusts, nonprofits and other organizations.
The Equity Trust Fund makes low-interest loans, typically between $5,000 and $150,000, to community supported agriculture (CSA) farmers, cooperatives, community land trusts, conservation land trusts, and other nonprofit organizations that protect community access to land or affordable housing, or support community-controlled, sustainable economic development for low income communities.
