This year we are trying something new—an entirely web-based annual report. Since we stopped mailing paper reports two years ago, it no longer seems necessary to be constrained by booklet style formatting. We’d welcome your feedback.

Read our latest news on our work to promote farmland access and affordable working farms. In 2021, we completed projects with the Pioneer Valley Workers Center and La Colmena Community Farm and with Essex Greenbelt and Iron Ox Farm, both in Massachusetts, and we began work with Lopez Community Land Trust and Still Light Farm in Washington State. We also facilitated and helped fund the permanent protection of Lansing Farm, the 14th working farm in New York protected through our Hudson Valley Farm Affordability Program, and signed a lease with Rooted Family Farm for farmland Equity Trust acquired and protected through that same program in 2018.
